Official Rules

1. HOW TO PLAY: Go to mikeandike.com and follow the on-screen instructions to play the instant win game. This is an ongoing monthly promotion that will continue until termination by Sponsor. Sponsor will give 30 days notice of the termination date. You may play as often as you like, however, limit one prize per email address during any monthly promotion period. Each promotion period begins on the first day of each month at 12:01 AM (ET) and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59:59 PM (ET).

2. TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE: To claim an instant win prize, follow the on-screen instructions for claiming a prize. All claims are subject to verification. Materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If by reason of an error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

3. INSTANT WIN PRIZES: (500) Prizes will be awarded each month of the promotion period. (200) Two Hundred winners will each receive a 2.12 oz. package of Tangy Twister and the remaining (300) three hundred winners will receive a 2.12 oz. package of either MIKE AND IKE ORIGINAL®, BERRY BLAST, TROPICAL TYPHOON, or JOLLY JOES® candies ($.79 ea.) Odds of winning depend upon the total number of persons who play.
Game is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees of Just Born, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each. 4. GENERAL: No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prizes permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes. Neither Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies nor their employees will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the game/sweepstakes.

5. INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the instant win game/sweepstakes. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law.
